i-CMiiST - Transport Issues in East African Cities

Steve Cinderby (SEI York Centre at the University of York) describes some of the transport challenges facing East African Cities. The i-CMiiST project is assessing how creative methods can be used to address these issues by improving stakeholder engagement.

Implementing Creative Methodological Innovations for Inclusive Sustainable Transport Planning (i-CMiiST) is a multi-organisation project funded by the British Academy under its Cities & Infrastructure programme. It is a collaboration between researchers, creative experts, transport professionals and policy makers from UK, Kenya and Uganda.
