Latter-day Saints got language skills! Watch dozens of returned Latter-day Saint missionaries speak in more than 50 languages. Before arriving to the field, Latter-day Saints typically receive language training at one of the 16 Missionary Training Centers throughout the world. After spending a month or two learning the language, Latter-day Saint Missionaries are sent to their assigned mission area to learn the rest of the language through immersion. "Mormon" is a popular nickname given to members of The Church. The more proper name for The Church is "The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints."
