Below are the ingredients used;

To cook meat;

300mls water
2kg meat
1 tablespoon salt
2 knorr cubes
1 onion
(save the meat sock for later)

To blend Egusi

3 cups of Egusi
3 paprika peppers
1 cup crayfish
1 onion
300ml water to blend
Scotch bonnet (optional)

To fry Egusi

1 cup palm oil (purchased from @KDfoods on Instagram)
1/2 onion
1 knorr cube
Salt to taste
