Four girl friends from college move into they what they think is the perfect new apartment, but quickly learn their very friendly landlord is actually an evil devil that survives by eating the souls of young virtuous females.  When things go deadly wrong, the ‘good girl’ of the four must make a choice; sacrifice herself to save her friends, or make a ‘deal with the devil’ that could cost her ‘soul’!
