Katinka Hosszú, born on 3 May 1989 in Pécs, is a renowned Hungarian swimmer who specializes in the medley, butterfly and backstroke disciplines and also competes in freestyle relays. She won three Olympic gold medals in 2016 and was world champion in the 200 and 400 meter medley in 2009, 2013, 2015, 2017 and 2019. Hosszú holds the world record in the 200 meter medley on the long course and the short course world records in the 100 and 200 meter medley. She has won a total of 94 medals at international competitions. 🏅
