NATO nation Turkey and USA's enemy Russia have resumed joint patrols in Syria. According to the Turkish defence ministry, Turkish and Russian troops in armoured vehicles conducted joint ground patrols into the east of the "Operation Peace Spring" zone in northeast Syria on August 22.
