Drone video captured a stunning "river of clouds" cascading over the Swiss Alps on Monday in a spectacular weather phenomenon known as Alpine Foehn.

The meteorological event occurs when sufficiently humid cold air masses are blown down by a wind perpendicular to a mountain range.
